Airport | Please note that your driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall of the airport, at the customer exit, holding a sign with your name. If you lose your luggage, please come outside to inform your driver so that he won’t leave without you, and we will not charge any extra costs. Customs police will permit you to re-enter the lost and found zone.

Train station | For arrivals at the train station, you will meet your driver at the beginning of the platform when your train arrives, holding a sign with your name.

Tips are not included; in Italy, they are not mandatory but appreciated. You can tip the chauffeur if you enjoyed the service. The average tip is between 15% – 20%, but there are no strict rules; you can give more or less according to your satisfaction.

If the cruise ship does not dock for any reason, it is not your fault, and we will not charge any fees. If your cruise ship docks in a different port, for example, Naples Port instead of Sorrento Port, the tour will be automatically rescheduled (time permitting); however, there will be an extra fee due to the change of port.

We apply an extra fee; after one hour late, the cost is 50 € per hour.

In case of schedule changes, please contact our office as soon as possible. Dreamland Italy is not liable for missed flights/trains/boats/ferries, so in case of a no-show, the cancellation policy will be applied.

Unless otherwise notified, a written cancellation notice must be received by us at least 3 days prior to the date of the service.

• No charge for cancellation until 72 hours before the service scheduled time (only for transfers);
• 50% for cancellation between 72 to 48 hours before the service scheduled time;
• 100% for cancellation less than 24 hours before the service scheduled time.

• Services include: Mercedes vehicle, English-speaking driver, bottles of water, taxes, motorway tolls, gasoline, parking.
• The services do not include: entrance to museums, ruins, and monuments, food, private tour guides. These services can be requested with additional costs at the time of booking.
